Chelsea, Owner

I'm Chelsea Silveira Burgos, behavior specialist and parent. I grew up in Manteca, CA, and I’ve lived and worked here my whole life. I started working with autistic children in 2011. I've worked at a regional center for six years before returning to school and going to work at ABA agencies. I have experience in special education, Individualized Education Plan (IEP) support, autism intervention, Regional Center services, ADHD, and parent coaching. I became a mom to a spicy kid in 2016 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019.

My practice is rooted in the belief that every person deserves person-centered care built on empathy, respect, and understanding. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and get closer to what matters to them.

Alyssa, Clinical Assistant

I am Alyssa Lutz, a dedicated Clinical Assistant with a passion for Behavior Analysis that began in 2011. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. I will complete my Master’s degree from BSU in July 2025 with a M.A. in Special Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Upon graduation, I plan to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam. I am experienced in working with individuals with autism in the home, community, school, and center. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cat Phoebe, mud runs/obstacle races, a good cup of coffee, wine tasting, and watching Friends reruns. I look forward to collaborating with you and achieving great things together!

Kida, BCBA

I’m Niketa Swaney, but I go by “Kida”. I’m a constant daydreamer who loves to live within her own fantasies, and I am also diagnosed with autism myself. I enjoy reading, writing, playing video games and watching anime in my free time. I am an also animal lover (love anything from cats, to dogs, to creepy and crawly reptiles!).

I started working with children in the school setting in 2017 and later joined the ABA field in 2018. I have experience across the home, school, and clinic setting. I attended Delta College for my undergrad, graduated with my bachelors with a major in psychology and minor in English from University of Pacific, and finally obtained my Masters in psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Now I am a Behavior Analyst for a local school district and run sessions in the afternoon at care homes.

I work with all ages, but especially love working with the preteen population. I specialize in social skill groups and behavior reduction. Luckily my own interests and background commonly align with those of my clients, so I am exceptionally skilled with building rapport with my kiddos! My favorite part of the job is watching my clients grow and accomplish their dreams. I hope to be a role model for all of my clients and help them in the way I wish others helped me when I was younger and struggling with my own social and academic deficits.
